Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy All sessions (Counseling, Astrotherapy, or any related service) must be booked in advance through our official website www.nausheens.com . Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment or acknowledgment from our team. Clients will receive a confirmation email or message with session details once the booking is finalized. Each session is scheduled for the duration mentioned at the time of booking. Any extension beyond the allotted time may require a separate appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. In case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the practitioner needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly, and an alternate slot will be provided at the earliest convenience. 3. Waitlist Policy If a preferred slot is unavailable, clients can join the waitlist by submitting their preferred date and time. Waitlisted clients will be notified automatically if a slot opens up, in order of submission. Waitlist availability does not guarantee a session unless confirmed by the system or team. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days. For rescheduled sessions, the payment will be adjusted toward the new appointment and not refunded. 5. Confidentiality & Conduct All sessions are strictly confidential and adhere to professional ethics and privacy standards. Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate communication during sessions. Any form of misuse, recording without consent, or inappropriate behavior will lead to session termination without refund. 6.
