How this works?
I work with individuals who want to engage in honest inner work. This is a space for people who feel stuck in familiar patterns, pulled in different directions, or dissatisfied with surface-level solutions.
My approach is warm, direct, and honest. I offer space for complex emotions, uncertainty, and contradiction, while also gently challenging what keeps people stuck. The work is relational and depth-oriented. Nothing has to be rushed, but nothing important is avoided.
"This is not about becoming different. It’s about being more present."
Our Specialized Service Pathways

How the work looks in practise?
My work is relational, depth-oriented, and integrative. Conversation is an important part of the process, but it isn’t always enough.
Emotions, patterns, and relationships live in the body as much as in thoughts. At times, I may invite clients to notice posture, movement, or physical sensations, or to gently explore how an emotion or relationship feels in the body. This is often where things become clearer in ways that talking alone cannot.
All body-based exploration is optional and carefully paced. There is no expectation to perform or do anything “right.” Small, embodied experiences are often enough to bring awareness, clarity, or a shift in perspective.
My work draws from relational and psychodynamic approaches, trauma-informed practice, and body-based therapy, including Movement Therapy. I integrate different frameworks as needed, guided by the person and the process rather than a fixed method.
